Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team, building connections with customers and leading by example.

You will drive customer experiences, model selling behaviors, and maintain product knowledge while supporting opening/closing routines and daily goals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused selling experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead store tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, store strategies and scheduling directions.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, cash handling, and shipment receipt.
