Walgreens is seeking a responsible store associate capable of running the store in the absence of management. You will handle cash, open/close procedures, assist customers, and ensure both floor and stock room are prepared for business days.

You will model a distinctive customer experience, greet customers, resolve issues, and support inventory, pricing, and backroom operations. English fluency and at least one year of supervisory or key-holder experience are required.

Formación

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience and resolve issues.
• Models customer service best practices and proactive assistance for shoppers.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing, including displays and backroom organization.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
