Job summary

Walgreens in the United States seeks a store operations associate to open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, process returns, and support backdoor deliveries. Strong English fluency and prior supervisory experience are required, along with relevant certification or license as applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store in absence of management, handle cash and start-up systems.
• Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Maintain inventory counts and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and reverse logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support store maintenance, housekeeping, and displays as needed.
• Collaborate with management to review order exceptions and pricing compliance.
