Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries and assisting with vendor orders; maintains accurate cash register records.
• Assists with displays, pricing, inventory accuracy, and promotional setups; supports timely price changes and signage.
