Walgreens is seeking a store associate capable of opening/closing the store in the absence of management, handling cash and point-of-sale duties, and delivering a standout customer experience. You will assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and a clean, organized store environment.

Formación

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, with required cash handling and system start-ups.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and ensures accurate cash register records.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists with vendor deliveries as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, pricing, signage, and stock rotation across departments.
• Coaches team members, manages backroom operations, and supports displays and resets.
• Ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products and conducts store security checks.
