Walgreens is seeking a retail associate to support store operations, customer service, and basic cashier duties. The role involves opening and closing the store when management is not present, handling cash and returns, and ensuring shelves and stock rooms are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve questions, and model Walgreens service standards. Prior leadership or key-holder experience and English fluency are required; PTCB certification or state license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports pricing/signage to reflect promotions and local regulations.
