Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate to open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and systems, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will work to deliver friendly customer service and support store processes across departments.

You will assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and cash handling, while maintaining store conditions and regulatory compliance. Experience in retail key holder roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or state pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, managing cash handling and system start-ups.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change for registers.
