Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team-oriented associate to support store operations and customer service. You will open and close the store when management is unavailable, manage cash handling and daily tills, and assist with inventory accuracy while maintaining compliant pricing and promotions.

Strong communication in English and prior leadership in retail are preferred. You will also assist with the pharmacy out window and ensure adherence to state laws.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure readiness.
• Handle cash, refunds, and daily tills.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing compliance.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
