Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate to support store operations and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help open, close, handle cash, assist customers, and maintain accurate product placement and pricing. Candidates should have prior leadership or key-holder experience and English fluency. A PTCB certification or state pharmacy license is preferred or required by state.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy licence as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Ensure floor and stock room are ready for the business day and open back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
