Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a reliable team member to open and close the store in the absence of store management, manage cash, and ensure readiness for the business day. You will handle deliveries and support daily operations with accuracy and courtesy.

In this role you will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, and housekeeping, and support pharmacy operations as needed while upholding store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and getting floor and stock room ready for business.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, and store displays as directed by management.
• Maintain clean, organized store and backroom, including safety and regulatory compliance.
