Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Tampa, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture and core values on every shift. You will lead the crew, model service standards and ensure a mind-blowing experience for every customer.

As a servant leader, you manage the shift, train new Broistas, coordinate with the Shop Manager and handle inventory prep. Availability includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action in the past 90 days.
• Must obtain and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required by state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete required certificates and knowledge tests per Dutch Bros standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Cultivate the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift and help solve problems.
• Manage the shift and ensure Broistas are prepared for specials or promotions with the right energy.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while providing a fun-loving environment.
• Assist the Shop Manager with inventory and prepare the next shift for success.
• Communicate with management and share wins and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies.
