Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and late nights.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Ensure knowledge of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Oversee shift operations and maintain quality and service.
• Lead and train team members.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate with stand management about inventory and operations.
