Qualifications

• Regular weekend availability and holiday coverage when needed.
• Previous managerial or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, energy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with stand management on personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Ensure accurate payments and correct change handling.
• Prepare drinks and premixes; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
