Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Follows procedures for time off requests and shift handoffs.
• Regular weekend shifts and holidays when needed.
• Ability to engage customers with positive interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Careful handling of hot liquids, glass bottles, dairy products.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as part of shift duties.
• Stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to climb a ladder for stock/cleaning tasks.
• Stock and clean work areas safely and efficiently.
• Drive-thru areas require safe movement around vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items to ensure accuracy.
• Be knowledgeable about stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, speed, and service.
• Communicate with management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to meet customer time expectations.
• Maintain a productive and positive atmosphere throughout the shift.
