You will lead the on-shift crew, model our values, support coaching of team members, and maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regular weekend availability; holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a positive, uplifting manner.
• Experience with food and beverage safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Oversee shift operations and energy, ensuring quality and service.
• Provide guidance and redirection to team during the shift.
• Train and develop team members; communicate staffing needs and equipment issues.
• Collect payments and handle cash accurately.
• Prepare drinks and premixes and maintain cleanliness and safety.
