Job summary

The role requires a proactive, friendly leader with experience in fast-paced environments, basic cash handling, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Follows company procedure for time-off requests.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
• Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
• Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
• Safely use a utility knife.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS accurately.
• Know recipes and menu items, including secret items.
• Oversee shift operations and energy, ensuring quality and service.
• Communicate relevant developments to stand management.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and make correct change.
