Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure drink quality, correct procedures, and fast service.
• Lead on-shift team, train new staff and manage energy of the shift.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow sanitation standards.
