Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.

• Experience in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Follows procedures for handling payments and maintaining shop standards.
• Knowledge of recipes and secret menu items.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into POS.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and stand processes.
• Manage shift operations, energy, and team performance.
• Train and develop team members during the shift.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate issues to stand management and adapt as needed.
