Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures.
• Oversee shift operations and energy of the shift.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Ensure proper payments handling and correct change.
