Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and holidays if required.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, recipes, and stand processes.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Be knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures inside and out.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and energy.
• Communicate with stand management about staffing, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to meet customers' needs.
• Create genuine connections with customers daily.
