Qualifications

• BSN preferred; active RN licensure in Alabama.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; ER experience preferred.
• Leadership and staffing/flow optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and patient flow.
• Assign staff based on acuity and team skills.
• Coordinate patient flow with supervisors, coordinators, and discharge planners.
• Monitor patient status and respond to critical cases.
• Lead safety huddles and support change initiatives.
