Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/DNP preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Alabama or NLC.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications.
• Two years of RN leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shared 24/7 accountability with Nursing Operations Manager.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of new team members.
• Coordinates with HR on corrective action and career advancement.
• Investigates event reports and provides feedback to managers and staff.
• Oversees unit schedules to ensure proper staffing for patient care.
