The ANOM works with the Nursing Operations Manager on patient experience, budget, HR activities, leadership and quality outcomes.

The role requires RN leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Masters or higher in Nursing/Business preferred.
• Two years of RN leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shared 24/7 accountability with Nursing Operations Manager.
• Recruitment and selection of new team members.
• Coordinate with HR on corrective action and career advancement.
• Investigate event reports and provide feedback to leaders.
• Oversee unit schedules to ensure appropriate staff mix.
• Lead patient flow oversight to meet outcomes.
• Participate in process and quality improvement initiatives.
