The role requires clinical leadership, strong collaboration with care teams, and a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience in a complex care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred and RN licensure in state.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be needed depending on patient population.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient flow.
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on acuity and team skill sets.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and discharge planners to meet outcomes.
