Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred; RN license in Alabama or via NLC required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Certifications in area of expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and patient flow.
• Assign staffing based on acuity and skills.
• Coordinate patient flow with Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and Discharge Planners.
