Responsibilities

• Lead team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures
• Escalate staffing or service issues to Site Manager
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions
• Train teammates on car wash equipment and safety protocols
• Perform quality checks on interior and exterior cleaning
• Assist with opening/closing procedures per company protocols
• Serve as a keyholder and monitor safe operations
