Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily site operations at our location in Arizona. This non-managerial role focuses on execution, team support, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction during assigned shifts.

The Shift Lead reports to Site Management and helps with opening/closing tasks, while not making staffing decisions. Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience and are 16 or older.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Must meet required certifications and regulatory standards.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks; not involved in managerial decision-making.
• Direct team during shifts as delegated by site management.
• Escalate staffing or customer issues to Site Manager.
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks and monitor efficiency and quality output.
• Keep facility clean and well-maintained.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality control on cleaning standards.
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; financial handling under management.
• Serve as a keyholder; assist in securing the site.
• Address customer issues or escalate to management.
• Model adherence to safety procedures and standards.
