Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support site operations and daily workflows. This role focuses on execution, safety, and customer service, with responsibilities that include directing team members, promoting membership programs, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in customer-facing settings, be at least 16 years old, and able to train others on car wash processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (as required by law).
• Valid driver's license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Must meet background check requirements as defined by company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions with professionalism.
• Demonstrate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals safely.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit procedures to ensure safety and quality customer experiences.
• Delegate team members to workstations and monitor efficiency and output.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including restrooms and outdoor areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe car wash environment.
• Conduct quality control checks on interior and exterior cleaning standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures per company protocols; manage security under supervision.
• Serve as a keyholder and assist in opening/closing procedures.
