Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead at our Glendale car wash location to provide hands-on operational support and leadership during shifts. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, guide team members, and maintain customer service standards while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
• Must meet certification and regulatory standards and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager
• Greet customers professionally and promote membership programs and promotions
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitor vehicle entry and exit procedures for a safe customer experience
• Delegate team members to stations and monitor efficiency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including restrooms and outdoor areas
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe car wash environment
• Open/close procedures per company protocols; financial handling and site security under management
• Serve as a keyholder; assist in opening/closing procedures and securing the site
