Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for our Tolleson car wash site to support daily operations and guest service. This role is non-managerial and focuses on executing procedures, guiding team members, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic leadership experience, a willingness to learn car wash operations, and the ability to stand for extended periods. This full-time position offers exposure to site leadership and customer-facing duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous leadership in customer-facing or operational roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old and have or obtain necessary certifications.
• Background check and compliance with laws may be required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks under site management; no formal leadership duties.
• Direct team during shifts as delegated by management; follow procedures and standards.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet and engage customers, promote memberships and promotions.
• Know car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes; educate customers.
