Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership
• Provide directional guidance to team during shifts
• Escalate staffing or customer service issues to Site Manager
• Greet customers and promote memberships and promotions
• Operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit for safe experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Conduct quality control checks on cleaning standards
