Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager (role varies by business need) to support daily operations on shift. The Shift Lead is not a managerial position but ensures execution of tasks and customer service.

This role offers hands-on operational experience, exposure to site leadership, and opportunities to grow into a future leadership track, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and practices knowledge.
• Willingness to learn car wash packages, pricing, and process flow.
• Awareness of safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
• Knowledge of company policies, SOPs, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks without managerial duties.
• Direct team members on shifts as delegated by site management.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers professionally and promote membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
• Safely operate and train others on car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit to ensure safe, damage‑free experiences.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain facility cleanliness including vacuums, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the car wash safe and functional.
• Support opening/closing procedures and security under management guidance.
• Conduct quality checks on interior/exterior cleaning standards.
• Provide customer issue support to management as needed.
• Lead by example and enforce safety procedures and operating standards.
