Spotless Brands is seeking a Shift Lead at our Oklahoma City site to support daily operations and assist the Site Manager. This role emphasizes execution, team support, and customer service without formal leadership responsibilities. You will help ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures across shifts.

The position targets individuals developing hands-on operations experience with potential leadership growth, in a fast-paced car wash environment and retail settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• 16 years of age or older where required by law.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required).
• Background check as per policy and laws.
• Experience in customer-facing or operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.
• Direct team during shifts and ensure procedures are followed.
• Escalate staffing or operational issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet customers professionally and promote memberships and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, and promotions.
• Open/close procedures under guidance of site leadership; assist with security.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility.
