Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking an entry-level supervisor to support daily car wash operations. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, team support, and adherence to safety standards, without involvement in staffing decisions.

You will direct shifts, train teammates, greet customers, promote promotions, and ensure quality service while handling routine maintenance and open/close procedures under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Responsibilities

• Support site leadership by executing assigned operational tasks; does not participate in managerial decision‑making or formal leadership duties
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards
• Escalate all staffing, customer service, or operational issues requiring judgement or discretion to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager
• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting membership programs and special promotions
• Demonstrate and maintain in‑depth knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes
• Safely operate and train others on the use of car wash equipment and chemicals
• Monitor and guide vehicle entry and exit procedures to ensure safe, damage‑free customer experiences
• Delegate team members to appropriate workstations and monitor for efficiency and quality output
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including vacuum stations, equipment rooms, restrooms, and outdoor areas
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including but not limited to pit cleaning, vacuum bag/station cleaning, tunnel upkeep, dumpster cleaning, and removal of debris, to ensure a safe, clean, and operational car wash environment
• Performs duties as assigned, including operational and cleaning tasks that support site, shop, or store upkeep
• Conduct quality control checks on both interior and exterior cleaning standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures strictly per company protocols; financial handling and site security are performed under management direction
• Serve as a keyholder; assist in opening/closing procedures including securing the site
• Address customer issues or escalate concerns to management as needed
• Model and enforce adherence to company policies, safety procedures and operating standards
• Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations
