Job summary

ZenApply Software is seeking a Shift Lead to guide team members, uphold quality standards, and ensure smooth store operations, especially when the General Manager is away. You will train peers, manage daily workflow, and maintain a strong guest experience with accurate orders and friendly service.

The role emphasizes knowledge of the menu, beverage preparation, and teamwork to deliver consistent quality while supporting operational efficiency and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Food Handler's Permit/Card as required by local health regulations.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort in providing constructive feedback and working with management to build a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Guide staff to success and maintain store operations in absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service is exceptional and greet guests professionally.
• Take accurate orders, process transactions, and explain menu items and promotions.
• Prepare beverages and food items per company recipes; maintain quality and presentation.
• Manage daily tasks, checklists, and inventory with the team; track cash deposits and tips.
