Job summary

ZenApply Software is seeking a Shift Lead to guide staff and safeguard store operations in the absence of the General Manager. The role emphasizes quality, peer training and keeping daily flow aligned with standards.

You will lead by example through menu knowledge and drink preparation while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Applicants should have a Food Handler’s Permit, prior customer service experience, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Food Handler’s Permit/Card as required by local health regulations.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open and / or close shifts as needed, with availability for 30–40 hours per week.
• Greet guests, take orders, process transactions, and communicate menu items clearly.
• Prepare drinks and food items following recipes and standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, checklists, restocking, and cash handling.
• Lead the team, assign tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude and uphold the company policies.
