Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner; take accurate orders and process transactions through the POS system.
• Lead and train staff; ensure quality and consistency in drinks and food items.
• Manage daily store tasks with the team, including checklists, cleaning and restocking.
• Track cash deposits, count tips daily, and assist in inventory tracking using spreadsheets.
