Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter into POS.
• Know recipes and stand procedures.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, speed, and customer interaction.
• Communicate developments in personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations to stand management.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
