Krispy Kreme in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and support the leadership team. You will drive service flow, safety, quality, and speed while mentoring a high‑performing team of hourly members.
Responsibilities include scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, along with delivering exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome.
Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience.
- 1 year of experience supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsabilités
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and nurture a welcoming culture.
