Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and collaborate with leadership to ensure safety, quality, and speed of service. You will guide a team of hourly teammates, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and tours, and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture for all guests.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of relevant experience and one year in supervising a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
