Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Durham, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations and deliver a WOW guest experience. You will oversee a shop shift, partner with the leadership team, and support the store in achieving safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed goals.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and one year in supervising others, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an equitable culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed and loved.
