Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors to manage daily operations, uphold safety and quality, and lead a team of hourly Team Members in a fast-paced shop. You will partner with shop leadership to ensure a WOW experience for customers and smooth shift execution.

Ideal candidates bring two years of relevant experience, at least one year in supervision, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive culture. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where originality is welcomed and loved.
