Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Lexington, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and help drive a WOW customer experience. You will work with the shop leadership to ensure smooth service, maintain safety and quality, and support the development of hourly Team Members.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to an inclusive, welcoming environment. Travel is minimal and the position is on-site at our Krispy Kreme shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing an inclusive culture.
