Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure a WOW experience for guests. You will partner with the shop leadership to support operations, coach hourly Team Members, and uphold safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant experience with at least 1 year supervising a team, strong communication skills, and a commitment to an equitable, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where our people are empowered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
