Krispy Kreme is seeking Shift Supervisors to master their craft and help ensure operations run smoothly to create a WOW experience for our A-Glazing customers. You will oversee an assigned shift and partner with the shop leadership team for overall shop support where needed.

This role focuses on improving through experience and learning, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, as well as scheduling, onboarding, and shop tours to develop the team and drive excellent guest

Qualificações

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture.
