Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking Shift Supervisors to lead daily shop operations and partner with the leadership team to deliver a WOW guest experience. You will oversee a shift, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and mentor hourly Team Members to perform at their best.

You will support scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, while delivering outstanding customer service and nurturing an inclusive environment for all guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive culture.
