Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure safe, fast, and quality service. The role supports shop leadership and offers opportunities for growth within the Krispy Kreme brand.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests while adhering to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
