Job summary

Five Guys in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations on every shift. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure guests leave impressed. The role involves stepping into any station and coaching crew to deliver fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality leadership, strong math and POS skills, and a teamwork-first attitude. This full-time position offers growth and a dynamic, brand-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill in at cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Assist with training new team members and uphold brand standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant.
