Job summary

Five Guys in Carson, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and run shift operations with hands-on leadership. You’ll work side-by-side with crew and set the tone for service, ensuring a great guest experience.

You’ll lead by example across all stations, stay composed in a fast-paced environment, and help train new team members while fostering a strong, positive culture. Growth to further roles is available.
