Qualifications

• Basic math and comfort using POS Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room
• Deliver fast, accurate service and a great guest experience
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
